2-1-1 Sacramento provides a 24/7 hotline connected to a highly trained team providing up-to-date information in an emergency. Working with the Sacramento County Office of Emergency Services and Sacramento Regional Office of Homeland Security, we serve as a public information partner in disaster preparedness and response.  2-1-1 Sacramento works with The Regional Center for Volunteerism-HandsOn Sacramento Disaster Services Program that manages and supports volunteers and donations in disaster for four counties: Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer and Yolo.

California Employment Development Department – Disaster Unemployment Assistance provides services to people and businesses affected by disasters in California.

California Office of Emergency Services Disaster offers information and resources when a disaster is declared.

Disaster Legal Assistance Hotline offers free brief legal help for survivors of California disasters. Advice on issues related to employment, insurance, repair and construction scams, and FEMA benefits.

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Disaster Assistance provides information, support, services, and a way to access and apply for disaster assistance.

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) – Disaster Legal Services (DLS) provides free legal help to low-income disaster survivors. If you’re not able to get adequate legal services for your disaster-related needs, DLS may be able to help.
